Material composition

Upper and bottom layer of the washable mattress cover:

100% cotton fabric, providing a soft and comfortable sleeping surface

Middle layer of the washable mattress cover:

Waterproof and breathable (vapor-permeable) polyurethane membrane
Water resistance according to TS 257 EN 20811: > 5500 mm
Water vapor permeability according to ISO 9237: 0.07 l/m²/sec
Free from PVC, formaldehyde, and phthalates

Maintenance instructions

Wash the mattress protector pad promptly after it has gotten wet with urine. For longer-lasting use, we recommend machine washing at 95°C (203°F) with a small amount of detergent. Do NOT use bleach or vinegar!

After washing, the mattress underpad can be dried in the dryer or air-dried, but avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

The mattress protector will reach its declared size only after the first wash at 60°C (140°F) or 95°C (203°F); approx. shrinkage: 8% in length, 3% in width.

Cotton flannel is designed to be highly absorbent, but this material can cause slight pilling, especially in lightly loaded washing machines. We guarantee that pilling does not affect performance and waterproof function.
